Australian domestic flights
Any Qantas operated flights within Australia:
- booked between 21 May 2020 and 30 April 2022,
- for travel between 12 June 2020 and 30 April 2022.

Unlimited fee-free date changes
Book any eligible Qantas flight and relax knowing you can change the date of your travel as often as you need, fee-free. A fare difference may apply.
Request a Flight Credit and rebook when you're ready
If you're not sure when you'd like to travel, simply request a Flight Credit to use when you're ready to rebook.
Book an eligible Qantas flight.
To change your flight or request a Flight Credit, go to Manage booking and enter your booking reference and last name.
To change your booking, select the change option. To request a Flight Credit, select the voucher option and follow the prompts.

To enjoy unlimited fee-free date changes, simply book any eligible Qantas flight by 30 April 2022. Eligible flights include:
Trans-Tasman flights
Any Qantas operated flights between Australia and New Zealand:
- booked between 15 October 2020 and 30 June 2022,
- for travel between 16 October 2020 and 31 December 2022.
International flights
Any Qantas flights:
- booked between 25 February 2021 and 30 June 2022,
- for travel between 1 November 2021 and 31 December 2022.
Before booking and before departure, ensure you check the latest Government travel requirements, which may include mandatory health declarations, vaccinations, use of face masks, entry permits, pre-approval and quarantine (possibly at your own expense), or you could be denied entry.
- If you want to change your dates, or request a Flight Credit, simply do so before your scheduled date of departure.
- When changing your flight, you'll need to select a new travel date within 12 months of your original booking date and, while we'll waive any change fees, you'll need to cover any applicable fare increase for your new flights. For all changes your applicable Fare Rules and the Qantas Conditions of Carriage apply.
- Our flights are scheduled 12 months in advance, so when booking or changing your flight, your preferred date might not be available.
- If we’ve cancelled your Qantas flight, we'll rebook you on the next available flight to your booked destination (if possible), at no additional cost to you. Alternatively, you can choose a Flight Credit or a refund. You won’t be charged any change or cancellation fees. For more information visit booking changes and other options.

Trans-Tasman Qantas operated flights booked between 15 October 2020 and 30 June 2022, for travel between 16 October 2020 and 31 December 2022. International Qantas operated and Codeshare flights booked between 25 February 2021 and 30 June 2022, for travel between 1 November 2021 and 31 December 2022 (international flights are available up to 12 months in advance).
